Zintle completed her studies in 2001. Zintle spent 2002 at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University as a junior lecturer. She was admitted as an attorney in 2005. Zintle specialises in mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity transactions, due diligences, corporate finance and general corporate practice.
